Average Gross Monthly Salary
Average gross monthly salary is calculated as the ratio of payments and work contribution.
- Payment – monetary compensation paid to an employee or official, including wages, salary, additional pay, vacation pay, sickness benefit, compensation or late payment penalty awarded by court or labor dispute committee.
- Work contribution – the proportion of days worked corrected by the average working time rate in the period (month/quarter).
